Welcome to Reset Chiropractic & Rehab! In addition to being an experienced London ON chiropractor, we are a holistic, multidisciplinary clinic in London, Ontario run by a husband and wife team, Dr. Arjun Bali and Dr. Jess Pileggi. We are a wellness-based clinic that focuses on a thorough assessment to help determine the root-cause of your symptoms, to get you back to moving, living and feeling well.

Chiropractic
Our London ON chiropractor team determines the root causes of your injury and build a program of care to get you feeling your best! Dr. Jess & Dr. Bali use a wide variety of treatments such as adjustments (manual, drop-piece or activator), soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, shockwave therapy and Normatec compressions.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the insertion of a non-medicated thin filament needle in a specific joint, muscle or nerve to create a “good inflammation” response. “Good inflammation” allows for more blood flow to a specific area.
Massage Therapy

Dr. Arjun Bali BSc, DC
Co-owner & Chiropractor
Dr. Bali completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Manitoba, followed by his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Bali has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of arthritic conditions, spinal stenosis, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff injuries.
Dr. Bali focuses on identifying and understanding the root cause of his patients’ health complaints. He utilizes evidence-based guidelines to assess and communicate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans for his patients.
Dr. Bali has a wide variety of experience with sports-related injuries, workplace and motor vehicle accidents as well as construction repetitive-related injuries. He has spent the last three years working directly with members of the LiUNA 1059 union to decrease work-related injuries through chiropractic, acupuncture and rehab treatments.

Dr. Jessica Pileggi BHK, DC
Co-owner & Chiropractor
Dr. Jess completed her Bachelor of Honours in Kinesiology at the University of Windsor, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with clinical honours. She has extensive experience treating patients of all ages, from paediatrics to seniors, and has a special focus in care for paediatric patients and pregnant & postpartum women. She is one of the few clinicians in London, Ontario to provide concussion assessment and treatments for WSIB injuries specific to the Major Traumatic Brain Injury Program. Additionally, she serves as the medical coordinator and provider for the OPDL in the London Area, and is the sideline therapist for the Men’s and Women’s London Whitecaps Reserve Teams.

Yes, we offer direct billing for most insurance providers.
Yes, we accept both WSIB and motor vehicle accident patients. We have been granted special privileges to provide care for workers who have sustained concussions at their workplace.
Yes, Bailee is a registered massage therapist who has a special interest in sports injuries and pregnant and postnatal care.
Yes, we offer an array of services that can be helpful. If you don’t see availability on our online booking and would like to book in today, please call the office at 519-649-4046 and we will do our best to get you in same-day.
Yes. We start your initial assessment with a detailed health history, mobility and special orthopaedic testing. We like to discuss goals with our patients to determine how we can best serve them in both the short-term and long term. We will create a program of care that will help each patient reach their individual goals, and start with treatment that day.
No you do not! Chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists are primary healthcare providers. We do recommend that you contact your insurance provider as they may require a referral for reimbursement for your appointment.
Yes, adjustments are completely safe! Our clinicians are trained and have significant clinical experience. During the initial assessment, the chiropractors perform a thorough history, physical examination and rule out red flags to make sure your body can benefit from an adjustment.
