What to Expect
Our clinicians have many years of education and have extensive clinical experience with patients of all ages and conditions.
On the initial visit, we understand that it can be difficult to discuss your injury and health history. Our clinicians will provide a safe and empathetic environment to ensure that you feel comfortable. After completing the intake form, the clinician will review the information, conduct a comprehensive history and physical examination, explain the diagnosis, and create a program of care to help you reach your health goals. Treatment will then be provided. We are confident that our clinicians can provide the best care for you and help you reach your health goals.
X-Ray Imaging, US and MRI
Imaging is indicated for some acute and chronic conditions. However, there are times when imaging is not required.
X-rays are typically indicated to get a better snap shot of bone abnormalities such as fractures or dislocation. However, they are not as useful for soft tissue pathologies.
Ultrasounds are useful for getting a better snapshot of muscles, tendons and ligaments. This is a relatively safe procedure.
MRIS are used to assess an array of structures such bone, soft tissue, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. They are not necessary for treatment, but can help provide clarity for complex cases. MRIS are not readily available due to the long wait times. Also, there is a set criteria that patients must meet in order to qualify for this specific type of imaging. Also, if you are not responding to conservative treatment then you may be eligible for MRI imaging through your family physician.
No Show Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations are not accepted via text message or voicemail. Please email resetchiropractic@gmail.com
Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-canceled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations. Please note: you are not able to claim fees for missed appointment under your extended health benefits.
Late Policy
A client arriving late for their scheduled massage therapy appointment may be charged the full schedule appointment fee at the discretion of the RMT.
Parking
Free patient parking is located in front and behind our medical building. To access our clinic, please use the main entrance located at the front.

Yes, we offer direct billing for most insurance providers.
Yes, we accept both WSIB and motor vehicle accident patients. We have been granted special privileges to provide care for workers who have sustained concussions at their workplace.
Yes, we do have a registered massage therapist who has a special interest in sports injuries and pregnant and postnatal care.

Yes. We start your initial assessment with a detailed health history, mobility and special orthopaedic testing. We like to discuss goals with our patients to determine how we can best serve them in both the short-term and long term. We will create a program of care that will help each patient reach their individual goals, and start with treatment that day.
